This policy explains how PowerLeads handles information when businesses use the platform to manage leads, conversations, integrations and automations.

1. Information we process

Account information such as company name, user name, email address and business settings.
Lead and contact information submitted by users, forms, connected channels or integrations.
Conversation content from connected services such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS and email when those integrations are enabled.
Technical information needed to operate the service, such as logs, timestamps and integration status.

2. Connected Meta accounts

When a business connects Facebook or Instagram, PowerLeads may receive page identifiers, page names, Instagram business account identifiers, lead information and messages that the business has authorized PowerLeads to access.

Access tokens and other sensitive integration credentials are stored using application-level encryption and are used only to provide the requested integration.

3. How information is used

To receive, organize, classify and route customer inquiries and leads.
To provide inbox, CRM, automation, reporting and AI-assisted workflow features.
To maintain security, prevent abuse and troubleshoot the service.
To comply with legal obligations and valid requests when applicable.

4. AI features

If a business enables AI features, relevant conversation and business-context data may be sent to the configured AI provider to classify, summarize or draft responses. Automatic replies remain subject to the business configuration.

5. Sharing and sale of data

PowerLeads does not sell customer lead or conversation data. Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate the platform, such as hosting, communications, database and AI providers.

6. Retention and deletion

Information is retained while needed to provide the service, meet operational requirements or satisfy legal obligations. Businesses can request deletion of their account data or connected Meta data using the Data Deletion page.

7. Security

PowerLeads uses access controls, encrypted secrets, tenant separation and other technical safeguards designed to protect data. No system can guarantee absolute security.
