2. Customer responsibility
- Maintain accurate account and business information.
- Use connected communication channels only with the permissions and consents required by applicable law and platform policies.
- Review automated workflows and AI-generated content before relying on them for regulated, contractual or high-impact decisions.
- Protect account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
3. Third-party services
PowerLeads can connect to third-party services such as Meta, communications providers, email systems and AI providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability. PowerLeads is not responsible for outages, restrictions or policy changes imposed by third parties.
4. AI and automation
AI classifications, summaries and suggested responses are assistive features and may be inaccurate. Businesses control whether automatic replies are enabled and remain responsible for the final communications and actions performed through their account.
5. Prohibited use
- Unauthorized access, abuse, fraud, spam or unlawful communications.
- Uploading or processing data without appropriate rights or authorization.
- Attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the service or connected systems.
6. Availability and changes
Features may change as the platform evolves. PowerLeads may suspend access when necessary for security, maintenance, abuse prevention or legal compliance.
